Chromebook 1:1 Initiative Fee Structure

o 1 Child Program - $60 instructional + $15 (take home) = $75 (Currently $85)

o 2 children in Program - $50 each + $15 each = $50 each (currently $75)

o 3 or more children in Program - $40 each + $15 each = $55 (Currently $65)

o Free and Reduce Lunch Students - $0 + $15 each = $15 each (Currently $25) .0

6th Grade Students - (starting 2017-18\ $60 instructional + $0 (not taking home) = $60

Program above is defined as students in grades 6th through 12th grades, so if a family has onechild in both schools, the fees are reduced to 2 children line above.  No chromebooks will be deployed without paying fees, completion of DDL, AUP form signed and Pledge form signed.

Woodford County Schools ordered eclipse glasses for our students; however, they have not arrived yet.  Therefore, school will not be in session on Monday, August 21st.  ETC will also be closed on Monday.

School Start and End Time Change for 2017-2018

On Monday, May 22nd, the WC Board of Education met and approved the following changes to the school day start and end times.

All elementary schools will begin at 7:40 a.m. and end at 2:40 p.m.
Early release will be at 12:40 p.m.

Middle and high school students will begin their day at 8:15 a.m.
and end at 3:15 p.m.

Early release for these students will be at 1:15 p.m.

Safe Harbor Academy will begin at 8:15 a.m. and end at 3:00 p.m.
Early release will be at 1:00 p.m.
